Disappointment February 19, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Very little of this book involves a cultural history of the USA in the 1910 decade. It is almost entirely a short book about politics. The politics is the simple minded "progressivism" that ended in the 1970's Type of book that Dan Rather or Jimmy Carter would enjoy.
