 Obama's True Beliefs and Background Laid Bare For All To See August 20, 2008
David Freddoso does an excellent job of exposing Obama's true beliefs and background and thus what an Obama Presidency would do to America. For example:
Obama's ties to the corrupt Chicago political machine including the convicted felon Rezco and Obama's failure to support any reform candidates in Chicago that would bring about any real change and hope in Illinois is completely laid bare for all to see.
Obama's long time friends and associates including crooks, unrepentant domestic terrorists, anti-Americans and communists and the influential role they have played in forming Obama's current economic, energy and defense policies.
Obama's far left radical leanings is behind Obama's economic plan for the redistribution of wealth via higher taxes because he thinks that is the "fair" thing to do, not because it will raise revenue.
Obama's energy plan is against drilling for our own oil here, against building new refineries, against nuclear power plants In Obama/s own words "We can't drive our SUVs and eat as much as we want and keep our homes on 72 degrees at all times ... and then just expect that other countries are going to say OK," Obama said.
"That's not leadership. That's not going to happen," he added.
Obama's far left mentors are the reason behind Obama's rejection of the premise that a strong military is needed to help keep the peace and why Obama is so willing to weaken the military during dangerous times, Obama: "First, I'm the only major candidate who opposed this war from the beginning. And as president, I will end it.
Second, I will cut tens of billions of dollars in wasteful spending. I will cut investments in unproven missile defense systems. I will not weaponize space. I will slow our development of future combat systems...and I will institute an independent Defense Priorities Board to ensure that the Quadrennial Defense Review is not used to justify unnecessary spending.
Third, I will set a goal of a world without nuclear weapons. To seek that goal I will not develop new nuclear weapons...I will seek a global ban on the development of fissile material...and I will negotiate with Russia to take our ICBMs off of hair-trigger alert...and to achieve deep cuts in our nuclear arsenals."
Obam's lack of any substantial accomplishments shows without a doubt Obama has no experience that would qualify him to be President.
The above is just a partial list of very real concerns with an Obama Presidency that are documented in David Freddoso's book. I would be surprised that even Obama supporters who have any common sense would even think of voting for Obama after reading this book.
David's done a great job August 20, 2008
I've been familiar with David's work ever since he was writing for the Notre Dame student newspaper. He's done a great job with this book, and I'd highly recommend it.
Eye opening book....MUST READ August 20, 2008
The book is an eye opening read. I hope people buy this book. The record of Barack Obama paints a very different image of him than the media paints. From his "Present" votes in the IL senate, to the the Doctrine of the Trinty United Church of Christ he has been a memeber of for 20 years.
 Audacity of Those Who Judge Based On Need for Reinforcement August 20, 2008
Interesting how people who havent read this book, yet are PRAISING it get on here with a review just as easily as those who havent read it. I have read the book. It IS extremely slanted; but that is its purpose. It appears extremely well researched... but again, check the references. DO the homework. It's purpose is to APPEAR believable. Please people. Use your brains. Decide on the issues, not what some crock knows he can make you believe - just because he wrote it and can convince you of his "proof".
There's one born every minute. Please dont be that one.

Wow, what happened to the days when people read a book before they reviewed it?
I originally ordered "The Obama Nation" by Jerome Corsi, but after hearing the controversy around that book and several of its minor inaccuracies I decided to purchase this book as well to give me a more accurate portrayal of Obama. I am very impressed with this book. Freddoso has done extensive research on this topic, which can be seen in the over 740 footnotes contained in this book. The book points out facts about Obama that the media has conveniently decided to ignore, such as Obama's dirty Chicago politics (kicking all other candidates off the ballot based on technicalities so he would be the only option), his radical influences (Rev. Wright, Willaim Ayers, Tony Rezko, Frank Marshall Davis, Saul Alinsky), and his controversial stance on abortion (killing a bill that even NARAL went neutral on). This book exposes Obama for what he is and what he plans to do.
