Long awaited live DVD from London punk heroes King Prawn Straight out of London and at the forefront of the UK Melodic Punk scene, King Prawn are one of the most respected and most exciting live bands in Britain today. Since forming in 1993, King Prawn have been the subject of a continuous flow of appraisal from the Music Press and fans alike. They were nominated at the 1998 Kerrang Awards in the Best New British Band category and again at the 2000 Kerrang Awards in the "Spirit Of Independence" category. In attempts to describe the band, words such as Ska-Punk-Hiphop-Metal are often strung together. These descriptions together with the band's angst-driven social commentary, lead to comparisons with The Specials, Asian Dub Foundation, Dead Kennedy's and RATM to name a few. This DVD, recorded at the band's last-ever live show in December 2003, is full of powerful catchy tracks, including all-time favourites such as "Dominant View", "Day In, Day auf, "Survive" as well as of course the sing-along anthem "Smoke Some Shif.
