For those of us who have been blessed up top, these aren't the greatest bras for anything more intense than walking. For the price, they're good for everyday use, or you can even double up for a more intense workout which seems to work for me. If you don't wish to double up, though, then go for a more expensive bra.

These are the greatest bras ever. I find myself wearing them all the time, not just for athletics.
