weird jacket... December 23, 2008
Just got this jacket today, and tried it on. This is probably the weirdest jacket I've ever seen, from a name brand. First the size I ordered is medium, yet it seems like a L or even XL. The waist circumference is a lot bigger than pictured, which might be a good thing if you have a big belly, but I wear a pair of 30 waist pants, which is not so good. Aside from the jacket running a bigger size, there's also a problem with the pockets. There's two outer pockets near the side of the waist and two inner pockets near the chest, BUT ALL OF THEM ARE SEALED OFF! The opening of the pockets are sewed neatly together, so these pockets are only for show without any real use. Bigger size and fake pockets really makes me think twice about this brand. The two stars are for the build quality, which is fairly nice, but it has a bit more polyester feel to it than wool.
