This is a nice medium weight, true to size petite medium (8-10) water repellent jacket. The arm length is perfect. It has a zippered detachable hood that is nicely lined. The jacket is zippered and has an outer layer of snaps, so no cold air is going to enter. I wish the lining was zippered like the hood, as it will be too warm for spring and fall. It has an internal pocket that closes for your cell phone or whatever else one chooses to place there.The left breast and lower pockets both zip. Unfortunately the lower pockets do not have the same warm fake fur like lining as the jacket's body and hood. The fabric is shinier than I like, but it is still an attractive fabric. It is well made as one expects from LC. I enjoyed wearing this today when it was a windy high of 35F and now it is a brisk 28F.
