The Sensible Gladiator November 19, 2008 Finally--a sensible gladiator shoe ;-) A fun shoe but I did need to purchase a pair of gel insole pads for the ball of my foot because, as comfortable as these shoes appear, I found it tough to wear them for an entire day. Super cute shoe at a great price.
really cute sandals October 31, 2008 I love these sandals - they are so cute, and were a great deal on sale. the straps rub a bit on the sides, but that's what you get with a unique design - nothing my feet won't get used to. Love them!
Step into the elegance of ancient Babylon or Egypt . . . October 19, 2008 A lovely sandal, of subtle gold, with sufficient support for moderate walking. The buckle is tiny; the elastic useful, but limited, so size yourself accurately.
They're adorably painful. October 2, 2008 These slippers are really cute, but they hurt like all hell. The first time i wore them, i got blisters from the medal parts. I don't understand why it has such good reviews, must be the fact that it's adorable.
Cute, but thats it September 30, 2008 Not wild about these sandals. I like sandals that i can slip in and out of without always undoing the buckle - most sandals have some elastic piece in teh strap that allows for this, but these do not.
I also found that due to the ankle strap and no other support, my heel stepped off the side of these many times and it hurt like the dickens. The first time i wore them the stiff leather on them also made blisters on both my feet.
They are cuter to look at in the picture than they are on your feet too. They seem really flat and maybe they are just not my style - I just don't think they are very flattering. I love shoes, but not these. Wore them once.
