4 out of 5 stars Great for the price   January 5, 2009
I got this jacket for $100 before Christmas and it is absolutely beautiful. Very slick with a urban contemporary look. Much better than on the model, the open bottom adds to the great look. The leather is soft and good quality. It's not something you would wear when it's freezing cold outside but defintely for 30 degress and above.

5 out of 5 stars Excellent Leather Jacket You Will LOVE   January 4, 2009
I ordered one of these in the saddle color. I've owned 2 black leather jackets (not this make) and I wanted something a bit different. Usually, brown leather jackets are so dark they're nearly black. Not this one. The coloring is perfect for the look I wanted. The jacket has a bit of heft/weight. The leather is relatively thick yet buttery soft to the feel. The Thinsulate lining is great as it enables it to be worn comfortably in 30 degree weather....anything colder and you should wear specific winter coat (except for maybe short trips outside).

The sizing is generous. I am hard to fit being between a medium and a large coat size (I have a 41" to 42" chest and, in spite of being 6ft, have short 32/33 shirt sleeve arms)...I went with the medium for this jacket and it is just right. Any bigger and it would be 'baggy' on me with hands hidden in the sleeves. The only downfall is the jacket is a bit 'stiff'...probably due to the thickness of the leather. The collar wants to hold its shape and when sitting down the jacket 'buckles' and pushes up into my neck...I have to billow it out manually. I've come to the point where I unzip it to drive. This is a minor complaint due to the great look of the jacket....I'm hoping it will 'break-in' (like a pair of shoes) around the collar a bit. We'll see what happens over the years. With its build quality, this coat will last years.

I saw some friends for dinner last night and wore this jacket. I'm not usually complimented on my clothing but everyone LOVED this jacket on me. I thought it looked good to myself but this was rock solid confirmation.

This is definitely a top notch quality coat that could easily sell for $250+ at retail. You'll be shocked you got such an excellent quality coat below $100 price point. BUY ONE, you won't be disappointed.

5 out of 5 stars One of the finest quality   January 3, 2009
This is by far one of my best buys on amazon. I was truly impressed by the quality of this jacket and the price is too good to be true! You better grab this one fast.

5 out of 5 stars An amazing deal   January 2, 2009

At the sub-100 dollar price point on this jacket - expectations are tough to make. However, this leather jacket is without a doubt top of the line. The lambskin leather from which the jacket is made is very soft and has a characteristic semi-gloss look to it as a leather jacket should. The jacket seems to be warm enough to withstand cold to moderately cold weather. The size seems to be true to what it says. Note that I ordered a large and was weary that the length may not be appropriate (as I often wear a Large-Tall) but in fact it is fine. Overall this jacket is definitely worth 80 dollars!

I ordered two of these, small and medium. This is a good buy. If you are looking for a leather jacket, this is the way to go. For $80 it is truely worth buying.
