This Fedora ain't for Dora the Explora - this is some REAL Indiana Jones gear! When I received the hat, I was quite impressed at it's quality. The only thing I do not desire on the hat is the "official" Indiana Jones metal logo, which I feel isn't necessary when you're in your Indi costume.

Because a hat-sizing chart wasn't available on the Amazon.com website, the hat I received was much too large. Then, when I wanted a smaller size, a replacement option wasn't available. Amazon.com said, because the too-large hat I received wasn't their error, they would only give me a refund. Well, if they had a proper hat-sizing chart on their website, I wouldn't have ordered the wrong size. So, Amazon.com is FULLY responsible for the too-large hat I received! I will no longer be ordering ANYTHING through this website, unless they can assure me 100% that I am not getting screwed again!!!!

I don't like hats because they heat up my head; however, when you are bald you need something to ward off cold, snow, etc. I was looking for a wool hat and kept searching "fedora," and coming up mostly with variations of the Indiana Jones hat. Now, I have the original trilogy on DVD and like Indy, but thought the hat in the films looked hot and uncomfortable. On the contrary, this hat is comfortable: it breathes, keeps the cold off, and the headband/sweatband doesn't irritate. It's a great value and I recommend it without reservation. Now, if I could just stop humming the theme song and vaulting over things...

I love this hat! I wear it wherever i go and it still looks great. It holds it's shape well and i've been in pouring rain with it and it didn't do anything to my hat. I highly suggest it to any indiana jones fan or someone looking for a great hat.
