Amazon.com Product Description Stylish enough for the boardroom but rugged enough for the wakeboard, the Casio Marine stainless steel analog-digital watch for men (model AMW320R-1EV) combines the timeless look of an analog watch with the functionality of a digital watch. This analog digital combination allows you to see up to 2 times or the date with day of the week. The round silver stainless steel case measures 45mm wide (1.77 inches), and it's complemented by a black resin sports strap. The inner rim of the bezel provides an Arabic numeral readout with small minute indexes, and the black face includes luminous hour markers, oversized luminous hands (with seconds hand), and a digital window above the 6 o'clock mark. Timekeeping features include dual time, a daily alarm, auto calendar, and a 1/100-second stopwatch with a 24-hour capacity. Other features include a 30-second accuracy per month, scratch-resistant mineral crystal, and water resistance to 100 meters (330 feet)--offering protection from accidental splashes as well suitable for swimming, snorkeling, and light recreational diving.

Extremely Satisfied January 8, 2009 This was a Christmas gift for my husband. He never takes it off, it is a very beautiful watch.
Great value January 2, 2009 On my third gold faced model since early 90s. First ones band broke so i replaced w/a velcro band. Fell waterskiing and it sank to the bottom of lake mead. Second one had just replaced the battery and dropped it face down on concrete. One of the hands came loose. Dont drop this watch face down. On my third. Battery life around 2 years. Casio makes great watches. Also have a casio digital that came w/lithium battery. The battery lasted 11 years. Replaced it 3-4 years ago still working. Its slim and love it also. If i were to spend more money i like the citizen but its 4-5 times the price. Next one will have black face. Buy it.
Where's the calander? December 30, 2008 I love everything about this watch except that it is lacking a calander on the dial. I bought one exactly like this one for $20.00 more with a calander on the dial but returned it when Amazon advirtised this one thinking it had a calander like the one I returned. I thought that I was getting a real deal until the Amazon watch came in. Oh well, I chock this one up to experience and will look harder before I buy. The look, weight and visability of the dial make this watch a perfert everyday timepiece.
Excellent Quality Watch and VERY Rugged for the Price. EXCELLENT BUILD QUALITY! December 25, 2008 I purchased and own the Casio Model #AMW320R-1EV analog/digital Diver's watch with the black analog dial and the LCD display. I like this watch very much. So far, I've used this watch in the shower and while washing my hands and it keeps very accurate time. It's very rugged and can take a lot of abuse, although I haven't subjected it to any abuse yet. I own the same exact model watch, but the one with the gold dial since 1995. I still have the one that I got back in 1995 and it has taken a lot of abuse and it still works fine and it still looks good. It has also already been thru 2 battery changes and 1 watchband. Currently, it needs a 3rd battery change. I was too lazy to take it to a jeweller and to spend $10 to change the battery, so I decided to purchase a brand new one of the same exact model, but with the Black dial. The one that I just purchased from Amazon is a very nice looking watch. I like the black dial more than I do the one with the gold dial. The beautiful design and style of this watch makes it look like a more expensive watch. I've already received a lot of compliments on the watch. It's also very accurate and I love the LCD digital display that's located at the 6 o'clock position on the dial. The LCD panel has 5 different functions built-in it. They are the (month, day, date), (regular local time), (dual 2nd time zone), (stopwatch) and (alarm function). You can display any one of these 5 different functions on the LCD panel for easy viewing. All functions are very useful to me. I use them all. Especially the month, day, date function and the alarm and the dual time zone functions. The watch also has luminescent hands and hour markers on its black dial. The luminescence capability of the hands and the hour markers is about average. If you place the watch under a lamp for 10 to 20 seconds, the luminous material on the hands and hour markers will glow, but the brightness will discipate over the next 60 minutes. You can still see the hands and hour markers and make out the time in total darkness when the luminescent material on the dial has discipated glowing, but its glow is very faint. That's the reason why I give the luminescent capability of the dial only an average rating on here. Casio can try to improve on the luminescence of the hands and hour markers on this particular model watch. Also, the LCD display does not have a built-in nite light. I don't really care for an LCD nite light because in the dark, I only use the watch to look at the time. Plus, the watch already has luminescent hands and hour markers on it which works fine for me. I cannot ask for anything more. I also like the 100 meter water resistance that this watch offers. You can swim, scuba dive, shower and wash your hands with it without having to worry about compromising the water resistance of the watch. The watch is good size, but not too large or too heavy. It's also very comfortable to wear. It comes attached with a very nice durable silicone watchband which fits very well on the wrist. Overall, this particular Casio analog/digital watch is very durable and rugged and it's very accurate. It also very affordable and it has an excellent build quality to it. I highly recommend this watch to anyone who is looking for an analog watch with a built-in LCD panel for the month, day, date, alarm, 2nd time zone and stopwatch which can also withstand getting wet all the time while swimming, showering or washing hands.
Beautiful by day, invisible by night December 18, 2008 In daylight, this watch is HOT. Looks perfect.
At night, forget it. I mean it. When you wake up or go to bed, if it's your habit to look at your watch, you won't see it. Like, not even a glimmer of light off a hint of steel. NOTHING. Nada. Zippo.
The reviews are true. The dayglow sometimes glows during the day and you wish it would glow at night. If you shine a light on the glow paint it will glow for about 20 mins, and then zippo, nada. Nothing. And this is NEW, out of the box. And I've heard flies louder than this alarm. The alarm is way weaker than the watch looks.
Too bad. It could be a perfect watch with actual luminesence and a shockingly loud alarm.
