I'm need in climbing at this hand grip is helping in my early climbing days :O)

first, as you use these the rubber seems to soften and it gets easier.
Second, you dont get any negative resistance.
Third and worst of all the stupid rubber pieces keep slipping off.
Complete waste!
harbinger hand grip--bad design--junk May 6, 2008
the rubber attachments supplied with this so called hand/forearm strengthing devise all feel the same and the handles do not return to the full open position. Bad design. It does not work as advertised. Junk. I returned the one that I purchased.

This is an excellent product. Because of the well thought out grip design, you do not develop blisters from use.

After using this product several times a day for a week, I noticed improvements in my arm and hand strength. After a week I was able to increase to the next strength. Also good for stress relief.
